User agreement

Please be sure to carefully read and understand all rights and restrictions specified in this user agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). You have no right to download, install or use the software unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement. Once you download, install, use and log in, it is deemed that you have read and agreed to be bound by this agreement. If you are under the age of 18, please carefully read and fully understand this agreement accompanied by your legal guardian, and use this software and related services with the consent of your legal guardian. This agreement is a legal agreement between the user and ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC on the user's downloading, installing and using mobile app software (hereinafter referred to as "the software")

1、 Acceptance agreement

1.1 This service agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is an agreement reached between you (hereinafter also referred to as "user") and ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC(hereinafter referred to as "ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC") on dubbing production and sharing services provided by the software.
1.2 You confirm that once you register as a user of ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC or use this software or service, you have fully understood and agreed to accept this agreement. If you are under the age of 18, please carefully read and fully understand this agreement accompanied by your guardian, and use this software and related services with the consent of your guardian.
1.3 You confirm that ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC can change this agreement at its sole discretion. If there is any change in this agreement, ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC will publish an announcement on the application home page to notify the user. If the user disagrees with the relevant changes, he must stop using the software and services; If the user continues to use the software and services, it means that he has unconditionally accepted the amended agreement. The amended agreement will take effect automatically as soon as it is published by ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC.
1.4 This Agreement (including the revised version), ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC privacy policy and agreements or other documents (if any) related to the third-party software or technology used in the software constitute the complete agreement of the software and services, which are legally binding on the user and ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC.

2、 Service content and software form

2.1 service content
This software is a platform to provide dubbing production, sharing, recharge payment and transaction to the majority of users. Unless otherwise specified, any new functions of the current service, including new products and newly added services, are unconditionally applicable to this agreement.
2.2 Software form
（1）Users may be able to use the software in the form of web pages and clients through computers, mobile phones and other terminals. The specific information provided by ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC shall prevail. At the same time, ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC will continue to enrich the terminals and forms of the software. When the user uses the software, the user shall select the software version matching the user's terminal, system, etc., otherwise, the user may not be able to use the software normally.
（2）In order to improve the user experience, improve the service content, and ensure the security and functional consistency of the software and services, ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC will continue to make efforts to develop new services, and has the right to update the software (these updates may take the forms of software replacement, modification, function enhancement, version upgrade, etc.), Or change or restrict some functions and effects of the software, or terminate or suspend the software and related services. After the release of the new version of the software, ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC does not guarantee the continued availability of the old version of the software and the corresponding customer service. Please check and download the latest version at any time. The user fully understands and agrees that ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC has the above rights and can exercise this right without special notice to the user.
2.3 The user fully understands and agrees that the software only provides platform services for dubbing production, sharing, recharge payment and transaction to the majority of users. In addition, the equipment related to relevant network services (such as personal computers, mobile phones and other devices related to access to the Internet or mobile network) and the required fees (for example, the user shall be responsible for the telephone fee and Internet access fee paid for accessing the Internet and the mobile phone fee paid for using the mobile network).

3、 User usage rules

3.1 Account registration and use
（1）Register your account. The user confirms that you should be a natural person, legal person or other organization with full capacity for civil rights and full capacity for civil conduct when conducting registration procedures or actually using the services provided by ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC in other ways permitted by ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC. If you do not have the above-mentioned appropriate civil capacity, please register with your guardian after obtaining the consent of your guardian, otherwise you and your guardian shall bear all consequences arising therefrom in accordance with the law. After you register successfully, the software will give you a user account and corresponding password. The ownership of the user account belongs to ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC. You can only obtain the right to use the user account. You shall not give, borrow, rent, transfer or sell the account or license others to use the account in other ways. You shall properly keep the user account and password. All actions taken through the user account shall be regarded as your own actions. You shall be legally responsible for all activities and events under the user account and all consequences arising therefrom.
(2) The user promises that all information and data (collectively referred to as "information") provided at the time of registration and in the process of using the services provided by ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC are true and accurate, and will timely maintain and update the information, especially the contact number, contact address, mobile phone number and other contact methods provided, so that ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC can effectively contact the user; If the user's information needs to be updated, the user shall update it according to the requirements or prompts of the software. If the information provided by the user is untrue, inaccurate, not updated or unable to contact the user through the information, the user shall bear all the consequences, including any loss or increased cost incurred by the user in the process of using the services provided by ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC, which shall also be borne by the user alone
(3) If the user finds that the account is illegally used by others, he shall immediately notify ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC. On the Internet, it is not excluded that the user's account and password are illegally used by others due to hacking or user's negligence. The user fully understands and agrees that such situations have nothing to do with ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC, and ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC will not bear any responsibility for such situations. The user shall be fully responsible for any behavior under the user account due to the user's failure to maintain information security and confidentiality; If ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC or any other users or visitors of the software suffer losses as a result, the user shall be liable for such losses
(4) If the number of synthetic calls of a single IP or account is too many, or the call frequency of a single IP or account is too high, it is easy to cause problems such as blocking and queuing of the software's network services. Therefore, in order to ensure the stability of services and the rational allocation of resources, you fully understand and agree that ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC will make synthetic calls (including audition) to a single IP address and a single account within a certain period of time Reasonable control shall be carried out. In principle, the number of synthetic calls of a single IP or account shall not exceed 1000 times / day. If you need to call a higher number of services due to special circumstances, please contact us; However, if you take any way to avoid the frequency control without the consent of ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC, ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC has the right to immediately disable your IP or cancel the service to you according to its own judgment without any responsibility to you
(5) Users can log off their previously registered accounts at any time. After the user cancels the account, ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC will stop providing products and services that rely on the account to log in, and according to the user's needs, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC will delete or anonymously process the user's personal information. Therefore, the user understands and agrees that after the user cancels the account, ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC will not be able to recover any relevant information of the account
3.2 According to relevant laws and regulations, ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC hereby solemnly reminds users that any information, data, text, software, music, audio, photos, graphics, videos, information or other materials (hereinafter referred to as "content") transmitted by uploading, posting, sending e-mail or any other means through our services, whether in public or in private, The content provider and uploader shall bear the responsibility. ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC cannot control the content transmitted through our services, so it does not guarantee the correctness, integrity or quality of the content. Users have predicted that they may be exposed to unpleasant, inappropriate or disgusting content when using our services. Under no circumstances shall ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC be responsible for any content, including but not limited to any error or omission of any content, and any loss or damage arising from posting, sending e-mail or other means of transmitting any content through our services. 3.3When making or publishing information (including but not limited to the content of dubbing works, registered user names, images, comments, etc.) in this software, users must abide by relevant national laws and regulations, and bear all civil, administrative and / or criminal legal responsibilities caused by their improper release of information. The information produced or published by the user in the software (including but not limited to the content of dubbing works, registered user name, images, comments, etc.) shall not contain any of the following contents:
(1) Violating the basic principles determined by the constitution
(2) Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity;
(3) Harming the honor and interests of the state and attacking the party and the government
(4) Inciting national hatred and discrimination and undermining national unity
(5) Undermining friendly relations between countries and regions;
(6) Violating the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, social morality, ethics, and socialist spiritual civilization
(7) Undermining state religious policies and propagating cults and feudal Superstitions;
(8) Spreading rumors or false information, disturbing social order and undermining social stability;
(9) Inciting, organizing or abetting terrorist activities, illegal assembly, association, procession, demonstration or gathering people to disrupt social order
(10) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror or abetting crime;
(11) Insulting or slandering others and infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
(12) Infringing upon another person's right of portrait, name, reputation, privacy or other personal rights
(13) Using abusive, abusive, slanderous, intimidating, cursing and other uncivilized language;
(14) Activities in the name of illegal non-governmental organizations;
(15) Infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others such as copyright and information network communication right
(16) Containing other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations
3.4 unless permitted by law or with the prior written consent of ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC, the user shall not engage in the following acts in the process of using the software and services:
(1) Delete the copyright information on the software and its copies
(2) Reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile the software, or try to find the source code of the software in other ways
(3) Maliciously swiping or illegally attacking the software network service, which threatens the stability of the software product
(4) Use, rent, lend, copy, modify, link, reprint, compile, publish, publish, and establish mirror sites for the content with intellectual property rights owned by ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC or its affiliates
(5) Copy, modify, add, delete, hook up or create any derivative works for the software or the data released to any terminal memory during the operation of the software, the interactive data between the client and the server during the operation of the software, and the system data necessary for the operation of the software, including but not limited to the use of plug-ins Plug in or non ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC authorized third-party tools / services to access the software and related systems
(6) Add, delete or change the function or operation effect of the software by modifying or forging the instructions and data in the operation of the software, or operate the software and methods used for the above purposes or disseminate them to the public, whether these acts are for commercial purposes or not
(7) Log in or use ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC software and services, or make, publish and disseminate the above tools through third-party software, plug-ins, plug-ins and systems not developed and authorized by ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC
(8) Interfere with the software and its components, modules and data by itself or by authorizing others or third-party software
(9) Other acts not expressly authorized by ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC
3.5 unless permitted by law or with the prior written consent of ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC, the user shall not engage in the following acts in the process of using the software and services:
(1) Submitting or publishing false information, or posing as or using the name of others
(2) Inducing other users to click on the linked page or share information
(3) Making up facts or concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others
(4) Infringing upon another person's reputation right, portrait right, intellectual property right, trade secret and other legitimate rights
(5) Using ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC account and any function, as well as the third-party operation platform for promotion or mutual promotion without the written permission of ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC
(6) Engaging in any illegal or criminal activities by using the account or the software and services
(7) Make, publish, operate or disseminate methods and tools related to the above acts, whether or not these acts are for commercial purposes
(8) Other acts that violate laws and regulations, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfere with the normal operation of the product or are not expressly authorized by ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC
3.6 if the user violates any provision of this agreement, in order to maintain the image, reputation and safety of ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC, ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC has the right to delete the relevant information released by the user, and make a closed ID and / or temporarily and permanently prohibit the release of information in this software for the user who violates the agreement, and reserve the right to investigate the legal responsibility of the parties according to law. In addition, after taking corresponding measures such as removal, ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC will not bear the liability for breach of contract or other legal liabilities to the original publisher, including the liability for damages caused to the original publisher due to the unsubstantiated infringement charge.
3.7 users shall independently bear legal responsibility for their actions on the software. If the user's behavior does not comply with this agreement, ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC has the right to make independent judgment and immediately cancel the user's service account. If the user distributes and disseminates reactionary, pornographic or other information in violation of national laws on the software, the system records of the software may be used as evidence of the user's violation of laws.
3.8 ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC shall not bear any responsibility for the deletion or storage failure of dubbing works made by users. ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC has the right to determine whether the user's behavior complies with the provisions of Chinese laws and regulations and the requirements of this agreement. If the user violates the provisions of Chinese laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement, ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC has the right to interrupt the provision of services.

4、 Confidentiality and privacy protection

4.1 unless otherwise agreed in this agreement, ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC will not disclose or disseminate the user's information, production and release dubbing and other contents to third parties without the user's consent. ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC will take strict confidentiality measures to protect the user's information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure
4.2 the user understands and agrees that ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC will not bear legal liability for information leakage caused by natural disasters, theft, robbery, hacker attacks, etc. except for man-made reasons of ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC
4.3 ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC will no longer bear the obligation of confidentiality under the following circumstances:
(1) Due to non man-made reasons of ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC, the information, voice and text manuscripts provided by users are made public
(2) Disclosure required by laws and regulations, administrative and judicial organs, or other competent authorities
(3) Obtain the user's authorization in advance
(4) To identify, prevent or deal with fraud, security or technical problems
(5) To implement relevant service agreements or this policy and safeguard social and public interests
(6) Reasonable and necessary purposes for protecting the personal and property safety or other legitimate rights and interests of ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC's customers, ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC or its affiliates, other users or employees
4.4 once the user chooses to use the service, it means that the user recognizes and accepts the contents of the privacy policy related to the service and the new version of the privacy policy that ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC may update and publish from time to time.

5、 Works and contents produced by registered users in this software

5.1 the works and contents made by the user refer to the audio or any other form of content made by the user on the software, including text, pictures, links, etc.
5.2 if the user makes original works and reprints works in the software, the user guarantees that it enjoys legal copyright / copyright or corresponding authorization for such works and materials required for production, including but not limited to text content, background audio, music, pictures, links, etc., and ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC will not bear all responsibilities arising therefrom. If the user violates the above commitments, it will independently bear all responsibilities and compensate for the losses caused to ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC
5.3 the user shall be fully responsible for any third party's claim or any damage or loss arising from the user's production or release of the above works and contents in the software.
5.4 the user's use of the software and services to publicly publish, disseminate and share pictures, words, audio and other information represents that the user has the right and agrees to permanently, irrevocably and free grant ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC worldwide: to use, distribute, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, disseminate Performance and display rights; The right to incorporate all or part of the information into any other form of works, media and technology; The right to commercially develop the information uploaded and released by users; The right to provide information download, on-demand, data transmission and related publicity and promotion services to the user's computer terminal and mobile communication terminal (including but not limited to portable communication devices such as mobile phones and smart tablets) through wired or wireless network.

6、 Intellectual property

6.1 the copyright and other rights related to the software (including all words, charts, user interfaces, visual interfaces, pictures, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, art works and computer codes contained in the software, including the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, "interface appearance" and sorting related to the above contents) belong to ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC, Protected by copyright, trademark and / or other property ownership laws
6.2 ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC does not assume any guarantee or commitment for the applicability of the software and its compliance with the user's use purpose, nor will it compensate for the delay, inaccuracy, error and omission of the software and any text, graphics, audio and / or video data contained in the software, or any damage arising from or arising from the transmission or submission of all or part of the data, Be legally liable to the user or any third party in any form.
6.3 under the condition that the user complies with this agreement, ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC grants the user a personal, non exclusive, non transferable and limited right to use the software. 6.4 all other rights not expressly authorized in this Agreement are still owned by ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC, and the user must obtain the written permission of ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC when exercising these rights. If ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC fails to exercise any of the above rights, it does not constitute a waiver of such rights.

7、 Advertising

7.1 the user understands and agrees that during the use of this product and service, ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC will send other product promotion messages to the user, including but not limited to commodity promotion and other promotion messages. Please fully understand the possible disturbance to the user
7.2 ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC shall perform relevant obligations to advertisers in accordance with the provisions of the law and relevant cooperation agreements, but users shall judge the authenticity of advertising information and be responsible for their own judgment. Except as expressly provided by the law, ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC shall not be responsible for the loss or damage suffered by users due to transactions conducted in accordance with the advertising information or the content provided by the above-mentioned advertisers
7.3 the user agrees that the user shall carefully judge the authenticity and reliability of the advertising information appearing in the product or service. Unless otherwise specified by law, the user shall be responsible for the transactions based on the advertising information.

8、 Third party products and services

8.1 when using the products or services provided by the third party, the user shall abide by the user agreement of the third party in addition to the agreement. ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC and the third party shall bear their respective responsibilities for possible disputes within the scope stipulated and agreed by law
8.2 when the user uses the product or requires ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC to provide specific services, the product may call a third-party system or support the user's use or access through a third party, and the results of use or access shall be provided by the third party (including but not limited to the services provided by the third party through the software plug-in), ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC does not guarantee the safety, accuracy, effectiveness and other uncertain risks of the services and contents provided through a third party. Any dispute and damage caused thereby has nothing to do with ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC, and ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC will not bear any responsibility.

9、 Disclaimer

9.1 the user expressly agrees that the risk of using the software shall be borne by himself; All consequences arising from its use of the software shall also be borne by itself, and ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC shall not bear any responsibility to the user and any third party.
9.2 ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC does not guarantee or guarantee that the network service will meet the requirements of users, nor does it guarantee that the network service will not be interrupted, nor does it make any guarantee or guarantee for the timeliness, security and accuracy of the network service.
9.3 ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC does not guarantee the accuracy and integrity of the external links set up to provide convenience to users. At the same time, ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC does not assume any responsibility for the content on any web page that is not actually controlled by ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC.
9.4 for network service interruption or other defects caused by force majeure or reasons beyond ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC's control, ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC will not bear any responsibility, but will try its best to reduce the loss and impact on users.
9.5 ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC does not guarantee the authenticity, accuracy and integrity of any information, content or advertising of others obtained from ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC (hereinafter referred to as "information"). If any unit or individual conducts any behavior through the above "information", it must distinguish the authenticity and carefully prevent risks. Otherwise, ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC will not bear any direct, indirect, incidental or derivative losses and liabilities for any transaction and / or behavior not directly occurred with ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC for any reason
9.6 the user agrees that ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC shall not be liable for the quality defects of the following products or services provided by ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC to the user and any losses caused by them:
(1) ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC provides users with various network services free of charge;
(2) Any products or services presented by ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC to users;
(3) Various products or services attached by ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC to charging network service users
(4) Unauthorized use or modification of user data;
(5) Other matters related to the software.

10、 Limitation of liability

The user clearly understands and agrees that ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, derivative or punitive damages (even if ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC has been informed of the possibility of such damages in advance) caused by the following reasons, including but not limited to profit, reputation, application, data loss or other intangible losses:
(1) The use or inability to use our services;
(2) Costs incurred in replacing any goods, data, information, services purchased or obtained from or through our services, messages received, or transactions concluded;
(3) The user's transmission or data is accessed or altered without authorization;
(4) Any statement or act made by any third party in our services, or other matters related to our services, except as expressly provided in this agreement.

11、 Modification or termination of services

ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC has the right to temporarily or permanently modify or terminate our services (or any part thereof) at any time, whether notified or not. The user agrees that ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC shall not bear any responsibility to the user and any third party for any modification, suspension or termination of our services.

12、 Termination of service and breach of contract

12.1 the user fully understands and agrees that if ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC finds or receives reports or complaints from others about the user's violation of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement, ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC has the right to decide on its own without prior notice, including but not limited to suspending or terminating the service, investigating legal liabilities, claiming for all losses, etc. The user understands that any violation of this agreement by the user may cause irreparable damage to ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC (monetary compensation cannot fully compensate for such damage), and agrees that ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC can obtain any injunctive relief or equivalent relief it deems necessary or appropriate under such circumstances. Such remedies are in addition to any other remedies that ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC enjoys under the law
12.2 the user agrees that ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC can terminate the user's access to the software for the following reasons without prior notice, including but not limited to:
(1) At the request of government departments and judicial organs
(2) Suspension or material modification of the software or any service provided by the software
(3) Unexpected technical problems
12.3 the user fully understands and agrees that ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC has the right to deal with violations of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement according to reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal actions and measures for users' violations, save relevant information and report to relevant departments according to laws and regulations, and the user shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom
12.4 any punishment, judgment, mediation, request, loss, liability, claim or expense raised by the administrative organ, judicial organ or any third party to ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC arising from or related to the user's use of the software in violation of laws and regulations or the agreement (including but not limited to fines, compensation, compensation, attorney's fees, legal fees, appraisal fees, travel expenses, execution fees, etc.), the user agrees to compensate ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC and its management personnel, directors, shareholders, predecessors, interest successors, employees, agents, subsidiaries and related companies for all losses and protect them from damage
12.5 the user fully understands and agrees that the measures taken by ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC against the user according to the above remedies will not cause ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC to bear any breach of contract or any other possible liabilities to the user. After ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC chooses to terminate this agreement or stop the service, ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC has no obligation to retain any information in or related to the original account for the user.

13、 Legal jurisdiction and Application

13.1 The effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this service agreement shall be governed by the International law.
13.2 In case of any dispute over the contents of this agreement or its implementation, it shall be settled through friendly negotiation as far as possible; If the negotiation fails, all parties to the dispute agree to submit the dispute to the people's court where ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC is located for litigation.

14、 CHARGES

The App is provided on free basis. Once you download the App, you’ll have access to its basic features.
Access to some services and/or additional features within the App requires paid subscriptions. The full list of Premium options and pricing is provided on the App’s page. You will have an opportunity to try Premium options during the free trial period as provided on the signup screen. After the free trial period expires an auto-renewing subscription period will start on a regular basis. Please mind that you will be charged automatically unless you cancel your subscription 24 hours before the end of the free trial period.
You can choose different subscription options. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary in countries other than the U.S. You will have all necessary information about your subscription plan and duration of the free trial period on the signup screen before the purchase.
Subscription with a free trial period will automatically renew to a paid subscription.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription, where applicable. We reserve the right to modify, terminate or otherwise amend our offered subscription plans at any time.
Your subscription will be automatically renewed within 24 hours before the current subscription ends. Auto-renew option can be turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. Subscriptions are managed by you. Please note that removing the App from your device does not deactivate your subscription.
You may be charged by your communications service provider for downloading and/or accessing the App on your mobile phone or tablet device, so you should check the terms of agreement with your operator. This may include data roaming charges if you do this outside your home territory. All these charges are solely your responsibility. If you do not pay the bills related to your mobile phone or tablet device, then we assume that you have the permission from the person that does it before incurring any of these charges.

15、 Other

15.1 Any consultation, opinion or suggestion during the use of the software can be put forward through the built-in contact information in the software. The software team will give you feedback in time, but the obligation to answer shall not exceed the reasonable tolerance of ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC. You should also ensure that your contact information is unblocked to receive calls or messages from ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC. WenxIf any provision of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part for any reason, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.i technology will not be liable for any loss caused by your failure to receive the notice.
15.2
15.3The software and services are available worldwide.
15.4 This Agreement shall come into force from the date when the user agrees to tick or sign online and successfully register as a user of the software or actually use the software or services. Unless ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC terminates this agreement or the user loses the user qualification of ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC, this agreement will always be valid. The termination of this Agreement does not exempt the user from its obligations and responsibilities under this agreement or other relevant agreements and rules。
15.5The final interpretation right of this agreement belongs to ABRAHAM COHEN CONSULTING LLC.
